Hi,

My name is Jana and I am very passionate about all things nutrition, menopause, running and helping you to be healthy, happy and strong from the inside out. 


Growing up in Sweden and having studied, lived and worked in many different countries like Spain, Venezuela, Cuba, Hong and Singapore I am now happily settled i the UK.


Exercise was always a big part of my life, mainly in form of aerobics but then i discovered running and I was hooked. 


Qualifying as a UK Athletics Running Coach was a natural next step and opened the door to work with individuals and groups coaching runners of all abilities to set new pb's, gain confidence in their running and transfer my love of running to the many runners I worked with over the years and still do.


Working with clients got me more and more interested in the nutritional side of things as well as how hormones affect us at a certain age, and lead me to my Diploma in Nutrition as well as becoming a certified Menpause Wellness Coach. This enabled me to further help clients on their health journey, however, the missing piece was strength and conditioning, vital to maintain muslce mass but also to prevent injuries which was why I also decided to become a certifeid Strength and Conditioning Coach.
